Tuesdays and Thursdays
9am - 10am UK time
1.30pm - 2.30pm Indian time
10am - 11am European time
I’m teaching themed classes based on intelligent movement with breath using yoga asana. Movements are choreographed based on current anatomical research. Providing integrated strength, ease of movement, flexibility and relaxation.
Please contact me via email or completing the form on this platform to book on to a class. You will need to set up a free Zoom account prior to the class and provide me with your email. I will contact you so that I can see what you need and whether you have any injuries or specific requirements.
One to One yoga
I teach person and private sessions in the comfort of your home or online too. This includes personal coaching using the movements as a tool to help you work through any emotional issues or injuries. I use physical adjustments to assist with alignment and guide you into poses.

Retreats
I can tailor a retreat to your needs. If you have a group where you would like a retreat based on a certain theme or occasion, I can organise this for you.
Yoga
'The fastest way to heal the body is to move the body.' Gabrielle Roth
The body is a fantastic vehicle for promoting change, accessing wisdom and expanding awareness. Through the tool of asana (postures) you can tap into this and feel more energised, fit, healthy and happy. I work with music and flow to create a dynamic style of yoga that is both inspiring , strengthening and fun. I give hands on adjustments when necessary to assist with better alignment, relaxation, stability, and extension.
Yoga is a gifted art in helping us to open, expand and release on and off the mat to find awareness and peace. Helping you to be in the moment. Being centred in action with focus and self awareness. It strengthens the body and nourishes the mind. I am honoured to serve people in this way and continue to take inspiration from others. I remain open and curious in my journey as a practitioner and teacher and look forward to continuing to evolve and help others to grow.
“When we open and stretch the muscles of the body we also open the mind, inspiring insight and awareness. Helping you to become more content, focused and happy. When we are more open and aware we can have faith that the whole world is on our side as long as we are true to the best that is within us.” Lou
I have spent time training and teaching in India over the last 12 years.
Types of Yoga
Vinyasa Flow
A grounding, soothing flow that will help you to strengthen the
body, focus the mind and be in the present moment. It is a combination of a flow of powerful asana with inspiring music, words to empower and relax the mind and moments of pure stillness. The classes are themed and the sequences uniquely designed to match the theme. Students are invited to work with intention throughout the process.
Restorative Yoga
This is a wonderful meditative, relaxing practice with soothing
music using props to help students melt into gravity and gently
soften and open the body and mind. It encourages awareness
and promotes relaxation.
